Petrobras announces appointment of Member to Boardof Directors

**Rio de Janeiro, August 29, 2025 –**Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, following up on the statement disclosed on August 27, 2025, informs that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Marcelo Weick Pogliese as a member of Petrobras’ Board of Directors, in accordance with Article 150 of Law 6,404/76 and Article 25 of the company’s Bylaws, with a term of office until the first General Meeting.
