Rio de Janeiro, March 23, 2022 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that it will resubmit the Distance Voting Ballot, on this date, because the nomination of the candidates Mrs. Patrícia Valente Stierli and Mr. Antônio Emílio Bastos de Aguiar Freire for main and alternate members, respectively, of the Fiscal Council, whose election will take place at the Annual General Meeting of April 13, 2022, no longer meets the conditions required under Instrução CVM 481/09 for inclusion in the Ballot.
