Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 29, 2025, Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors approved a Special Dividend of $0.075 per share to shareholders. The dividend is payable on or about March 20, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2025. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.

January 29, 2025
DORADO, PUERTO RICO / ACCESSWIRE / January 29, 2025 / Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. (“Pharma-Bio Serv” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:PBSV), a regulatory affairs, quality, compliance, project management and technology transfer support consulting firm that provides services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, cosmetic, food and allied products industries, today announced that the Board of Directors approved a Special Dividend of $0.075 per share for shareholders. The Special Dividend will be payable on or about March 20, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2025.
