Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 1, 2023, Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors approved a Special Dividend of $0.075 per share to shareholders. The dividend is payable on or about April 14, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2023. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.

March 1, 2023
DORADO, PUERTO RICO / ACCESSWIRE / March 1, 2023 / Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. ("Pharma-Bio Serv" or the "Company") (OTCQB:PBSV), a compliance, project management and technology transfer support consulting firm that provides services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, cosmetic, food and allied products industries, today announced that the Board of Directors approved a Special Dividend of $0.075 per share for shareholders. The Special Dividend will be payable on or about April 14, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2023.
