note

The company has decided to make the fiscal year amendment effective April 8, 2023 instead of December 31, 2022, for accounting purposes.

Item5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On April 8^th^, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors unanimously approved a board resolution and written consent of the majority of the stockholders to amend the company’s fiscal year to calendar year running from January 1^st^ to December 31^st^, effective the date of the resolution.
