On April 12, 2024, Computershare filed a Notice of Meeting and Record Date (“Notice of Meeting and Record Date”) on SEDAR+ announcing the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on June 21, 2024. The record date for the meeting is May 9, 2024. On May 14, 2024, Computershare filed an amendment to the Notice of Meeting and Record Date (“Amended Notice of Meeting and Record Date”) on SEDAR+ to reflect that the meeting is the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting.
