The Company notes the admission of Verisure plc to Nasdaq Stockholm on 8 October 2025. Graeme Pitkethly, Deputy Chair and Senior Independent Director of Pearson, continues to serve as Non-Executive Director of Verisure, having been appointed to Verisure's Board in March 2025. Additionally, Graeme is Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee.
