Issue of Shares

In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, the Company (LEI number: 2138004JBXWWJKIURC57) announces that it has issued 258,796 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (ISIN: GB0006776081) for the purposes of satisfying the vesting of awards under the Company's Save for Shares and Employee Stock Purchase Plans. These shares were issued on various dates between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026, are fungible with existing shares, and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under the Company's existing block admissions of shares for this purpose dated 19 January 2024 and 17 October 2025 respectively.
