Item 7.01 Regulation FD.
Restaurant Brands International Inc (“RBI”) announced that it had commenced its previously disclosed share repurchase program in August 2021, repurchasing over 1.75 million shares for an aggregate purchase price of more than $110 million during the month. Going forward, RBI will provide details of repurchases pursuant to U.S. securities rules in its quarterly and annual reports and under Canadian requirements with insider reports filed within 10 days following each month. Canadian insider reports are available at www.sedi.ca.
