Item5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On February 3, 2020, Mr. Noam Band, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viewbix Inc. (the “Board” and the “Company”, respectively), notified the Company of his resignation from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Band did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
