(b)            On January 19, 2023, William K. Reilly, who has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (the “Board”) since 1998, provided notice of his decision to retire from the Board effective January 26, 2023.  Mr. Reilly’s retirement follows a distinguished tenure of nearly 25 years, during which he provided significant leadership on environmental and safety issues, including as chair of the Board’s Safety, Environment, Sustainability and Health Committee.
