RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (the “Company”) announces today the adjournment of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 6, 2026, due to a lack of required legal quorum.

In accordance with the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Association, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will reconvene on August 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Israel time at the Company’s office.
