As a result, we have developed a plan to address and overcome the going concern uncertainty. ... we conclude that our plan to raise sufficient liquidity, primarily through certain real estate asset monetizations to the extent needed is probable of being implemented to the extent required such that this alleviates the substantial doubt about our Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
