On March 23, 2022, the Company issued a press release to stockholders and other interested parties announcing that the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been rescheduled from Monday, May 9, 2022 to Wednesday, June 1, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.

RESCHEDULING OF ITS ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
SOUTHPORT, CONNECTICUT, March 23, 2022--Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE-RGR) announced today that its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been rescheduled from Monday, May 9, 2022 to Wednesday, June 1, 2022 for administrative reasons. Further details about the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be virtual, will be made available in late April.
