Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On April 8, 2025, Christopher Wright notified Roper Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 10, 2025. Mr. Wright has served as a Director of the Company since 1991. The size of the Company’s Board of Directors will be reduced to 9 directors effective upon Mr. Wright’s retirement. Mr. Wright’s decision to retire was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
