The Company hereby announces that it has been notified that in respect of the final dividend for 2023, Andy Ransom, a person discharging managerial responsibility, has acquired 7,091 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company as a result of his participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).
