Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 31, 2023, the Board of Managers of South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC approved and declared a cash distribution of $1.20 per outstanding capital unit, or approximately $36.5 million. The distribution is expected to be paid and issued to members on February 2, 2023.
