Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (“Company”) informs its shareholders and the market in general, in accordance with Article 37, §2, of Resolution No. 81/2022, as amended, issued by the Brazilian securities and exchange commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários - CVM), that its Annual Shareholder’s Meeting is scheduled to be held in April 24, 2026, and all information or documents related to the matters to be discussed at said meeting will be disclosed in due course.
