As part of the procedures for changing its name to Citrine Global, Corp., the Registrant reports as follows: Ora Meir Soffer was appointed as principal executive officer of the Registrant effective February 27, 2020, replacing Oren Traistman, who was appointed as principal executive officer effective November 14, 2019 and resigned as principal executive officer effective February 27, 2020.
