On July 5, 2024, Sky Harbour Group Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) which announced that its stock had been added as a member of the Russell 2000® Index. Sky Harbour Announces Listing on Russell 2000® Index
West Harrison, NY – July 05, 2024 – Sky Harbour Group Corporation (NYSE: SKYH, SKYH WS) announced that its stock has been added as a member of the Russell 2000® Index, effective after the US market opened on July 1^st^, as part of the 2024 Russell indexes annual reconstitution.
Francisco X. Gonzalez, Sky Harbour’s Chief Financial Officer commented: "We are pleased to have our stock join the Russell 2000 Index, as we continue to expand our investor base and add to the liquidity of our public float. Recently, we accepted various invitations to attend investor conferences, both in person and virtually, and look forward to further investor engagements and further expansion of our stockholder universe in the coming months.
