On February 21, 2025, Pierre Galoppi gave written notice of his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Brera Holdings PLC (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Galoppi will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Galoppi’s decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
