On December 21, 2022 Summit Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) filed an amendment on Form 10-K/A to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 to correct the date on the predecessor auditor opinion for the year ended December 31, 2020, from March 17, 2022 to March 31, 2021, and to correct the tenure statement on such report from 2020 to 2021.
Except for these corrections, no other changes have been made to the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
