On January 5, 2022, Tiffany L. Dutton, Senior Vice President – Finance and Accounting and Principal Accounting Officer of Sonida Senior Living, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that she will resign her position effective February 4, 2022. Ms. Dutton’s departure is not based on any disagreement with the Company on any matter. Ms. Dutton will be available to the Company as a consultant as needed on a go-forward basis. The Company is actively engaged in the search for a Chief Financial Officer and has engaged Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search firm, to assist the Company in such search.
