Departure Of Director Or Certain Officer

On May 30, 2022, Mr. Jun Du resigned as the Chief Operating Officer of Summit Networks Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Du’s decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
