Departure Of Director Or Certain Officer
On October 2, 2025, Ms. Zhen (Pearl) Liao resigned as a Director of Summit Networks Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Liao’s decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices. Her replacement has not yet been engaged.
