Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 23, 2026, Stran & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will hold a conference call at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Thursday, March 26, 2026, to discuss the Company’s financial results for the 2025 fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, as well as the Company’s corporate progress and other developments.
