Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer.
On June 12, 2025, Interface, Inc. (the “Company”) and Nigel Stansfield, the Company’s Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer, announced that the Company will eliminate the position of Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer held by Mr. Stansfield later this year. Mr. Stansfield will continue to serve as Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer until the position is eliminated and his employment ends, which is expected to occur on September 1, 2025. Upon his departure from the Company, Mr. Stansfield will receive the benefits provided for a termination without cause as described in his previously filed Severance Protection and Change in Control Agreement and Contract of Employment, each dated as of August 15, 2022.
