ExplanatoryNote

This current report on Form 6-K was filed in connection with a change of senior management member of Tuniu Corporation (“Tuniu” or the “Company”). As part of the management restructuring, Mr. Shihong Chen has transitioned his role from Chief Technology Officer to vice president of the Company in charge of Tuniu’s hospitality management division, effective on January 6, 2020.
