Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As part of TPG Inc.’s (the “Company”) previously disclosed long-term corporate governance transition to oversight by a majority independent board, on December 20, 2024, each of Maya Chorengel, Jonathan Coslet and Jack Weingart stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). Their departures from the Board are part of a planned, gradual reduction in the number of management directors and do not affect any of their respective positions or responsibilities as officers or employees of the Company.
