Item 8.01	Other Events.

On October 21, 2020, Trevi Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that patient screening had resumed in its Phase 2 clinical trial of Haduvio*^™^* (nalbuphine ER) for chronic cough in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The Company also announced that with the randomization of the 180th subject in the Company’s Phase 2b/3 PRISM trial of Haduvio for severe pruritus in patients with prurigo nodularis, the Company had enrolled 50% of the planned subjects in the expanded trial following the July 2020 sample size re-estimation.
