Resignation of Chief Technology Officer

Ms. Hui Qiu has resigned as the Chief Technology Officer of Uxin Limited (the “Company”) due to personal reasons, effective February 20, 2020. She will continue to serve as a technology consultant for the Company. The Company is grateful to Ms. Qiu for her valuable contributions over the past six years.
