Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“management has determined that the Company's liquidity condition raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. While the Company has cash of $997,656 and working capital of $934,835 as of March 31, 2026, and these resources may not be sufficient to fund the costs associated with identifying a target business, conducting due diligence, and negotiating an Initial Business Combination. Accordingly, the Company may require additional capital to sustain operations through the completion of an Initial Business Combination. If the Company is unable to secure adequate financing or complete a Business Combination within the required timeframe, it may be forced to curtail operations or liquidate. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year from the date these unaudited condensed financial statements are issued.”View the 10-Q filed May 15, 2026
