Rio de Janeiro, November 27, 2024 - Vale S.A. ("Vale" or "Company") informs that its annual meeting with capital market participants will be held in New York, United States, on December 3, 2024.

The event will be broadcast via a video webcast live in English, with simultaneous translation into Portuguese, through the link available on the website www.vale.com, on the Investors page, starting at 10:00 am New York time, 12:00 pm Brasília time and 3:00 pm London time.
