“Although these matters raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern, management believes the Company has made progress in advancing its commercialization strategy and during the next twelve months, the Company intends to fund its operations with funds from revenue producing activities by fulfilling the pre order list along with exploring both additional equity and debt financing. If the Company cannot secure additional short-term capital, it may cease operations.”
