CONTENTS

On January 30, 2022, Mr. Avi Waller’s employment agreement as the Chief Operating Officer of Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ) (the “Company”) was mutually terminated. Mutual termination of Mr. Waller’s employment agreement was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
