On June 1, 2022, Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ) (the “Company”) previously announced that it will convene its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

A copy of the voting instruction form for the Meeting, which will be sent to holders of the Company’s American Depositary Shares by The Bank of New York Mellon, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
