On May 11, 2026, the registrant issued a press release announcing its upcoming participation in two investment conferences. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
A live webcast for the the Wells Fargo conference will be publicly available on the conference date on the registrant’s website: werner.com in the “Investors” section under “News & Events” and then “Events Calendar.” A replay of the webcast will also be accessible by the public on such website for a limited period following the conference date.
