Acquisition of Shares of Woori Investment Securities Co., Ltd.

On April 24, 2026, the Board of Directors of Woori Financial Group Inc. (“Woori Financial Group”) passed a resolution to approve the acquisition of common shares of Woori Investment Securities Co., Ltd.
