Resignation of a Non-standing Director

On February 16, 2022 Woori Financial Group Inc. (“Woori Financial Group”) disclosed that a non-standing director resigned. Key details are as follows:

-Stated term as non-standing director : From March 25, 2020 to the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in March 2022
