Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 17, 2022, David J. Isaac, the General Counsel, Vice President of Administration and Secretary of Cactus, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intention to retire. No definitive retirement date has yet been set for Mr. Isaac’s retirement, and he is expected to continue on as the Company’s General Counsel, Vice President of Administration and Secretary at least through the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, which will take place on May 17, 2022.
