Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed, on November 11, 2021, Warner Music Group Corp. (the “Company”) appointed Louis Dickler as the Acting Chief Financial Officer in connection with Eric Levin, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, taking a temporary medical leave of absence. Mr. Levin will resume his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on or about February 15, 2022. In connection with Mr. Levin’s return, Mr. Dickler will resume his role of Senior Vice President & Corporate Controller of the Company, effective as of the date of Mr. Levin’s return.
