Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Electionof Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective June 25, 2021, Mark D. Shefts resigned as a director of SCWorx, Corp., a Delaware corporation, including his positions as Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee and member of the Compensation and Nominating Committees. The Company is actively seeking an independent director to replace Mr. Shefts.
