Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On November 20, 2020, the Company filed Articles of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Illinois (the “Amendment”), pursuant to which the Company increased its authorized shares of common stock from 15,000,000 to 50,000,000.
