ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby notifies that in the special general shareholders’ meeting held on December 13, 2021, the proposed resolution to approve the shortening of the vesting period of certain options granted to the Company’s CEO pursuant to the Company’s 2018 Share Option Plan, was approved by the Company’s shareholders, including a majority of the shareholders who did not have a personal interest in the proposed resolution.
