On October 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share of Company common stock to be paid on November 27, 2020 to the Company’s common shareholders of record as of November 13, 2020.
