Avista customers in Colfax to experience a planned power outage

Power is expected to be restored by 6:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18. All affected customers will be notified in advance. No road closures are expected during the time of the outage. During this time, Avista crews will be performing maintenance and upgrades to the substation in east Colfax.
