On March 17, 2021, BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. announced that its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”) will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.  The record date for the 2021 Annual Meeting will be the close of business on April 13, 2021.
