On May 15, 2025, Beeline Holdings, Inc., formerly known as Eastside Distilling, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BLNE), announced the appointment of Fran Knuettel II to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
