| On May 15, 2024, OTC Markets Group, Inc., announced that Butler National Corporation has been approved for trading on the OTCQX® Best Market (the “OTCQX Market”), transferring from the OTCQB® Venture Market. Butler National Corporation upgraded to OTCQX from the OTCQB® Venture Market.
