CADELERA/S: Notice of Upcoming Q3 2025 Earnings Release and Presentation on 20 November 2025

Copenhagen, 10 November 2025 -- Cadeler A/S (NYSE: CDLR / OSE: CADLR) plans to publish its Q3 earnings release, disclosing financial results for the first nine months of 2025, at approximately 08:00 CET on 20 November 2025. The Q3 earnings release will be available on Cadeler’s website at: https://ir.cadeler.com/

Cadeler will host a live video webcast presentation for the investment community on the same day. Mikkel Gleerup, Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Brogaard Hansen, Chief Financial Officer, will present live from Copenhagen at 08:00 EST / 13:00 UK / 14:00 CET. The earnings presentation is open to all interested parties and may include forward-looking information. Publishing research analysts will be provided an opportunity to ask company management live questions on the call.
